CelLynx Gets $2M, In Reverse Merger
Irvine-based CelLynx, a developer of mobile phone signal boosters, said Friday that it has signed agreements to raised $2M in equity financing from undisclosed, accredited investors. Names of those investors were not disclosed. The firm said the funding came in a deal to be acquired by Norpac Technologies, which the firm's shareholders and management will assume control of. Norpac is an over-the-counter, publicly traded company with no operations.
