Originally the 5BARz Road Warrior was designed for in-vehicle use. However, many customers found it works great indoors too. When using the 5BARz Road Warrior, please remember it was not designed to cover the whole room. Place the unit in the area you want covered with the phone resting in the dock – with a blue-tooth enable headset your range will increase by 10-15 feet depending on the specs provided by your headset manufacturer. You can easily move and re-plug in the 5BARZ to another side of the room or to other rooms in your house as needed.

The phone works best when it rests in the dock but you will still get a significant extension as long as the phone is within two feet of the dock.

Find a table by a power outlet. Connect the cable from the dock to the back of the unit and put the 5BARz unit across the table from you until the cord is stretched keeping the dock by the laptop.
