(“5BARz” or “the Company”), global technology leader in the cellular network extender industry and broadband networks is pleased to announce the results of an Independent consumer experience survey of the 5BARz™ Network Extender conducted recently in India and commissioned by the company’s wholly owned subsidiary 5BARz India Private Limited (5BARz India).
The 5BARz™ Network Extender consumer experience survey used a rating scale of 1 to 10, on the user feedback on usability, effectiveness, design, ease of use and installation and portability. In all categories the device consistently scored 8+ on all parameters with 9+ ratings on ease of use and effectiveness, 1 being the lowest and 10 best rating.
The survey, performed during this past month, was conducted in 5 cities across India from subscribers of the two largest telecom companies in India. Respondents included 30% deployments at high income households and 60% at middle income households. The cities covered as part of the deployments during the last year included Tier 1 cities of Mumbai, Pune and Delhi primarily. Tier 2 cities covered included Jaipur and Kota, which are emerging as some of the largest circles on a subscriber number basis
Customers found that the product was very effective and commented that their awareness of such a solution was non-existent before the telecom operator mentioned it to them and deployed it. Customers also mentioned how blind spots across the house were reduced and they were able to finally experience carrier grade signal quality post the deployment of the product.
Further, several deployments made were at high-rises which have always been a challenge for a telco to address due to the inefficiency of many of the current solutions.
